Tres belle appli de qualité mais pas d achat en ligne donc whilist inutile...

Pas dachats possibles, pas lien avec le compte client. Bref, vraiment inutile. Dommage ...

Jadore la refonte graphique et le fait que lapplication comprenne vraiment tout du site classique maintenant ! :)

Always has problem sign in

The app looks nice aesthetically but you can’t save anything to your wishlist or shopping cart, which renders it pointless. Better off just using the website.

This app was working great until the last update, now I can’t see my orders, or login, or make a purchase, is useless now. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still not working.

App is not functional. Unable to add item to cart. Can’t see orders on my account. Called customer service, it’s the worst.

Super buggy. Never works. Can’t access previous orders. Can’t add items to cart. Very good reason to never shop with this brand again

Just in time for the holidays: can’t add items to the shopping cart, can’t save my wishlist or see my old wishlist, and can’t go thru my old orders!! They took a perfectly fine app and made it unusable.

Installed the app, received a 15% offer ordered a product, after 5 days they cancelled the order with no comms, then sent me three emails asking me if I liked the product. Oh and then two emails telling me I could order the product again at full price. Using the customer service chat function is also pathetic

i order a shirt and they canceled my order and haven’t gave me my money back DO NOT BUY NOTHING FROM HERE.

I love this app, it is fast and very easy to shop, apart from being beautiful (so sleek)!! Definitely a great shopping experience!

Not recommended can't make any transaction

I like the aesthetics and 'feel' of the app and that you can shop from within it as well. I would like to be able to use Touch ID to login to the store as well. Once that feature is in place I'll be happy to rate the app five stars. One more thing, the eMag is very cool and adds that something special to the app to make the user feel like an insider of Hugo Boss.

I thought I was going to be able to, you know, shop! But, um - it's really just useless. It's mind blowing how bad it is.

Very poorly written app. No ability to browse products. Just a catalog of a few pictures.

I absolutely love the brand, but this app is garbage. It lacks functionality and depth. The point of an app is convenience, but the developer cut every corner possible. My advice? Start over

When selecting articles in the e-mag it states an error then crashes.

Very unprofessional app. The interface needs some work but more important the products (I tried shoes) have no prices. If you click a product you get the pic of it with no details and no way to navigate back. Practically stuck. Need to restart the app. You can add stuff to a wish list though. But cannot even buy it from there. Useless app. Shame on you Hugo. Will stick with the website through my desktop computer.

This is the most worthless app I've used lately. The interface is convoluted and unintuitive. The content is impossible to navigate in any logical way. All I wanted to is browse their clothing line by category, but apparently all you can do is look at what the models are wearing. The online selection doesn't seem to go beyond that. Worthless to the consumer. Delete.

Worst App Ever! Here is some news for you Hugo: people want to browse the current selection and the buy it. None of this is possible in your app! Hire somebody in usability!!

I like the clothing line but this app is so confusing...why does it have to download certain areas and the "my store" tab doesn't work...TERRIBLE APP!

I like Boss but the app only highlights some collections and not their full line. Product information is extremely limited and you basically get its name, but not material, cut and other specifics that consumers may want to know. The HB mobile site gives you the same thing.

For my opinion this is a bad writen/progamed app!! It is just a webpage browser mainly, and even a webpage that has an Flash player that dosen't work (try too zoom in on the watch)....lame!

I love it except that the store locator needs to be updated. I have a retail and outlet within 50 miles of me... And as far as the review of the Cleveland plant closure.. Stay up to date.. It didn't close. Just a bitter person writing a bitter review.

One of the best designed apps that I've ever seen. I love it.
